Pressure-locked gratings are manufactured from longitudinal plates and cross bars with the method or pressing. That means, the cross bars are pressed and immersed in preconstructed special shaped notches, on the upper part of the longitudinal plates and in specific distances among them, formulating the appropriate square meshes.
This method of production guarantees a quick, cheap and qualitative production of gratins, with no welding on the notches and allows the manufacturing of very narrow pitches.
Pressure-locked gratings are the most suitable for architectural applications. The line produces final dimensions of gratings.
The line can also produce gratings with serrated longitudinal or cross bars, for additional anti-skidding.
